The most convenient and reliable way to get from NAIA to SMX is through the Grab app (similar to Uber).

Regular Taxi

Metered white and yellow taxis are available at designated bays outside the arrival area of each terminal.

White taxis are generally cheaper but may have longer wait times

Yellow airport taxis have a higher base fare but are regulated by NAIA

🚐 AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE

NAIA offers a free terminal transfer shuttle for those landing in a terminal different from where their companions or rides are.

However, there are no direct shuttles from NAIA to SMX. For groups, you may book private shuttles or vans via local travel providers or through your hotel concierge.

🚌 PUBLIC TRANSPORT (Not recommended for foreign delegates with luggage)

For budget travelers, public transport (jeepneys, P2P buses, or UV Express vans) is available but can be challenging to navigate for first-time visitors. Most options require multiple transfers and may not stop directly at SMX.

🛏 Nearby Hotels & Walking Access

If you're staying at hotels within the Mall of Asia Complex (e.g., Conrad Manila, Microtel, Golden Phoenix, TRYP), SMX is walkable or 3–5 minutes by car. Grab or hotel shuttle services are the most efficient options for door-to-door access.
